Embracing the festive spirit of the season, WIN hosted a "Sustainability & Charity Concert," transforming its annual Christmas celebration into a powerful initiative of cultural engagement and social impact. The event not only enriched the company's internal culture but also underscored its deep commitment to community integration and social responsibility.
The festivities kicked off with a holiday luncheon and an entertaining magic show, fostering cross-departmental connection and team synergy in a vibrant atmosphere. The spotlight then shifted to the centerpiece "WIN Sustainability & Charity Concert," which featured three distinct local acts: the Hsinchu Symphonic Wind Orchestra, a talented youth ensemble that performed cinematic and classical favorites; the "Drumming Stars" from the Hsinchu Welfare Association, whose inspiring rhythm showcased the immense talent and resilience of neurodivergent youth; and local buskers "Slightly Tipsy," who energized the crowd with modern pop covers.
Centered on melody and meaningful engagement, the concert championed the core ESG values of inclusivity, diversity, and social equity. Bringing together 116 employees and 4 local cultural groups, the event stands as a testament to WIN’s dedication to employee well-being, community empowerment, and the promotion of local arts.
