In support of the Christmas x Love x Sharing Project, WIN welcomed employees to put together cards and presents for kids as Christmas approached. The Management Center's vice president, Ms. June Chen, led the team to the Hsinchu branch of the Syinlu Social Welfare Foundation to express their affection and warmth to the children there.
The children at the branch seem calm and peaceful, although some required particular assistance to move around, and others required one-on-one volunteer instruction. One Syinlu employee said, "We are really appreciative of those who like to aide. Your supports not only make the kids improve, it will also increase awareness of early intervention in wider society."
The Christmas Project enables employees to understand the value of sharing and giving while also building up the company's ties to the community. The business will continue with more charities in the future and welcome more colleagues to participate.
