Mr. Chen contributed to founding WIN WIN PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (hereinafter called the "WIN") in 2003, initially focusing on the retailing of semiconductor components. Since then, WIN has expanded to become a crucial link in the supply chain for premier foundries. Mr. Chen established the Solar Division in 2008 by branding WINAICO in Germany and in Europe, Australia, United States, and Asia. Afterwards, more than 2100 installers have opted to partner with WINAICO, making it the most well-known Taiwanese solar brand internationally.
Mr. Chen holds an EMBA from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, is currently in charge of the strategic growth of the business groups for semiconductor and green energy total solutions. Following Mr. Chen's leadership, WIN earned multiple awards of business honors, including the 6th Taiwan Potential Medium Enterprise in 2021.
In the future, Mr. Chen will continue to supervise WIN's international expansion in an attempt to provide eco-friendly products for customers, reduce the company's carbon impact, and focus on being a sustainable enterprise.

Ms. Chen is a co-founder of WIN WIN PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. and the executive vice president of the Green Energy BU. She is in charge of the international business development and manufacturing operations for the EMS and solar teams.
Prior to working for WIN, Ms. Chen had 10 years of experience in semiconductor design and quality management, and she is familiar with TS16949 standards. She played a key role in introducing semiconductor-grade manufacturing processes to the solar industry.
Under Ms. Chen's direction, the brand WINAICO has often received the EUPD Top Brand PV award multiple times, it also has won numerous prizes, including the 6th Potential Taiwanese Medium-sized Enterprise in 2021.
Ms. Chen oversees R&D and production for green energy, working to keep WINAICO at the forefront of solar innovation and boost its reach across the globe.

Mr Tu brings to the Green Energy BU years of semiconductor experience, to handpick exceptional solar cell suppliers and add value to WINAICO solar products. He continues to lead the transformation of the solar manufacturing facilities, optimise production yield and manufacturing cost control, to keep WINAICO ahead of the competition.

Since joining WIN, Mr. Chen continuously advanced WINAICO's solar technologies, and launched the latest GEMINI product series in 2020, which reached module efficiency of over 20.6%. WINAICO's solar product was the highest-ranking Taiwanese solar brand in 2021, which was the 9th high-efficiency product in the world, ranked by Clean Energy Reviews.
Mr Chen will continue to develop M10 and N-type solar module technologies, to maintain WINAICO's technology leadership in the global rooftop market.
