(1) If the dividends cannot be distributed on 2026/04/20 owing to the change of actual working process, the Company will then announce the updated distribution date accordingly.
(2) If the number of total shares outstanding changed, such that the cash dividends ratio per share should be adjusted, the Chairman of the Board of Directors is authorized to adjust the ratio and deal with relative matters.
(3) Cash dividends will be distributed on 2026/04/20 by remittance or registered mail ”no endorsement and transfer” checks. Cash dividends will be rounded up by the unit of NT$1 (less than NT$1 is excluded). The remittance fee and check processing fee will be deducted from the dividends payable to shareholders. If the total amount of cash dividends is insufficient to cover the remittance fee or check processing fee, only the notice will be mailed.
