The event began with a management science professor illustrating the blue ocean mindset and innovative management, followed by a surgeon outlining the application of technology to practice precision medicine and how the da Vinci Surgical System performs key major operations with minimally invasive techniques. The CEO of the software company continued with how to optimize business performance by using various data analysis for control and scheduling.
At the forum's conclusion, Max Liu, Vice President of our Company's Energy Sustainable Development Center, shared the global net zero trend and policy, including various financial and supply chain issues derived from carbon reduction, which requires comprehensive actions beginning with corporate energy management and green power construction to implement the short-, mid-, and long-term goals of low-carbon transformation in a planned manner.
